Special orders and compatibility
Review your vehicle specification and the item description before payment. A quote records what is included, the agreed price and its expiry.
A sample catalog image is illustrative. Actual part labels, connector details and product condition need supplier evidence.
A clear route for problems
Customers should be able to report wrong, damaged or defective items with their order number and photographs. This project records order history, but automated carrier claims and refund processing are not enabled.
The business must publish its lawful cancellation, returns and warranty terms and real contact details before launch.
